Who we are
Ashlar Technologies Ltd (company number 16975291), registered in England and Wales, is the data controller for personal data submitted through this website.
What we collect
When you complete the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, the Lodge, club or Province you mention, the product you are interested in, and the content of your message. Our web server also records standard access logs, including IP address, for security and diagnostics.
Why we collect it
We use these details solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to arrange a demonstration. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, namely responding to a request you have made of us. We do not use enquiry details for marketing, and we do not sell or share them with third parties.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted unless it forms part of an ongoing customer relationship.
Customer data held in our products
Where we host software for a Lodge, club or Province, that organisation is the data controller for its own membership records and Ashlar Technologies acts as data processor under a separate agreement. This notice covers only the public website.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and to object to our processing of it. Contact luke.scowen@ashlartechnologies.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to serve them.
